Job Summary

Attorney with 4-14 years experience sought by The Pearce Law Firm, P.C. to join our boutique plaintiff’s personal injury firm. We are not a volume based practice. We litigate each case smartly and with attention to detail and close client contact to ensure the best outcome for our clients. The attorney will be involved in all aspects of the case, from intake to closure, including depositions and trial. We pride ourselves on our clients’ experience and results. Salary from $100,000 - $150,000, depending upon experience, plus generous bonus structure which is not tied to the attorney’s generation of cases, although there is also a generous bonus on cases generated by the attorney. Full benefits including 401K offered. In-office required. One cannot be a GREAT attorney without the collaborative
atmosphere.
