Duties

• Provide legal advice and strategic counsel across real estate practice areas.
• Manage client consultations to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies that align with their goals.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while maintaining a professional and assertive approach.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations through diligent review of case files and ongoing research.
• Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines efficiently within the law office environment to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
• Proven experience in real estate law.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal drafting.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlement or deal-making outcomes.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes within a busy law office environment.
