Attorney

Busy Bankruptcy firm is looking for an Associate Attorney. Be at home at a reasonable hour! You don’t have to sacrifice your personal life to be an attorney. We are one of the largest female owned bankruptcy firms in Indiana. This is a Monday- Friday position. We do not work weekends. You should:

• Be reliable
• Possess a good attitude
• Be good with technology

You will have a traveling office to Muncie once per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Interviewing prospective clients
• Assuring cases are filed
• Filing and Drafting Petitions, Motions, and Applications

Must have a Juris Doctorate. If you are licensed outside of Indiana, your resume can be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
