If you are an Illinois licensed attorney and are looking for a new opportunity to have a prosperous career in the Marengo area Franks, Gerkin, Ponitz & Greeley, one of the biggest firms in McHenry County, is seeking an attorney to handle civil litigation including small claims, arbitration, personal injury, workers' compensation and other civil matters. Salary is dependent upon experience and future raises and partnership are negotiable and based on performance. The firm offers an excellent benefit package including:

401k: Firm matches 3%. Eligible after 1 year of employment – 1000 hours.

Flexible Spending Account: Employees can enroll in the Flexible Spending Account for certain medical expenses (FSA) and dependent care (DCA). The amount they decide to deduct is prior to taxes. Eligible after 3 months.

Health Insurance: medical, dental, and vision. Firm pays 75% of medical for employee only, employee pays for dependents and dental and vision.

Time off: After 3 months: 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, & birthday

After a year: 40 hours vacation, plus 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, & birthday

After 2 years: 80 hours vacation, plus 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO & birthday

Paid holidays off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
