Plaintiff's personal injury law firm is presently seeking a litigation associate with 3 or more years of experience in handling the trial of a personal injury lawsuit. Applicant must be able to work independently, be highly motivated and possess a serious work ethic.

Responsibilities include handling cases at trial, prepare and take depositions and Court appearances.
