Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lawyer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is an on-site position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients with professionalism and confidence
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-supported legal strategies
• Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, including contracts, motions, pleadings, and related filings
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues and remain up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and support case development from intake through resolution
• Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional legal experience preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm or as a practising attorney is highly desirable

Salary

• Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise legal analysis
• Experience in client representation, case preparation, and negotiation; solid understanding of court procedures
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws
• Fast learner, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
