Job Overview

The ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years’ experience in case litigation.

Duties:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as trials and hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and appeals
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably for clients

Requirements / Experience:
- Puerto Rico and Federal bars licenses are required
- Experience in both, case negotiation and litigation
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English)
