Attorney

We are looking for an attorney with 2-6 years of general litigation experience.

Municipality experience a plus.

$110,000 - $135,000 yearly

• Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff.
• Trial/arbitration experience is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2-6 years of general litigation experience.
• General, municipal, or insurance litigation experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
