$75,000–$150,000 | Full-Time | Primarily In-Person. Salary commiserate with experience.

Poe Law, LLC is hiring a trial-focused associate attorney for a hands-on litigation role. This position is intentionally structured to train, mentor, and mold attorneys into strong, confident trial lawyers. If you want real courtroom experience—not just file work—this role is built for you.

This is not a remote position. The role is primarily in person, with limited remote flexibility as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Develop case strategy from intake through trial
• Work directly with clients and litigation staff

Requirements

• Active Maryland Bar license (required)
• DC and/or Virginia Bar preferred
• 1–6 years litigation experience preferred (newer attorneys considered)
• Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in trial advocacy
