Attorney Account Manager

Overview:
CDL Legal is a rapidly growing legal service company that specializes in providing legal benefits to truck drivers. In six short years, CDL Legal has risen to be an industry leader in fighting traffic cases in the US through our network of attorneys. We are also trucking safety and compliance management experts and work with carriers to offer online safety management tools. We are looking for relationship driven Legal professionals that have the ability to solve problems and are comfortable making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing attorneys
• Track all activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Grow attorney network through finding and vetting new attorneys per requirements
• Assign attorneys to cases and manage costs and payments
• Manage all case load metrics
• Become proficient with CDL traffic laws and court procedures in up to 15 states
• Communicate necessary information to sales and compliance teams
• Some customer service is expected to our trucking clients
• Look for problems to solve
• Turn attorneys into raving fans

Qualifications / Skills:

• Previous Experience as a Paralegal is a plus
• Previous experience in trucking industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
