Job Summary:

We are seeking an attorney to join our nationwide network of attorneys, passionate about fostering positive attorney-client relationships and making legal processes accessible. The ideal candidate thrives on assisting individuals through challenging experiences, excels in legal analysis, and enjoys answering questions and providing solutions. While courtroom appearances are not required, a background in criminal law is essential.

This remote, family-friendly opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking a flexible, part-time role without billable hour requirements.

Position Overview:

TurnSignl Inc. is hiring contract Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Immigration Attorney Advocates to join our network of attorneys, supporting TurnSignl app users through inbound video chats related to potential traffic violations, criminal defense, immigration, or personal injury matters. The role involves initial consultations within the attorney's local jurisdiction. We prioritize hiring attorneys passionate about helping people, irrespective of case size. Attorneys on TurnSignl focus solely on initial consultations on the platform, emphasizing a commitment to high standards of legal guidance and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Join the Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and/or Immigration teams to handle TurnSignl App user video chat inquiries.
• Act as a TurnSignl 'brand ambassador' within licensed jurisdictions and legal communities.
• Support local business initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or Immigration experience.
• Active malpractice insurance, or willingness to secure a policy before onboarding.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated history of career excellence and a passion for serving clients.
• Optional: Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states.

Job Type:

• 1099 Contract

Pay:

• $50-$200 per qualifying supported video chat.
• Typical video chat duration is 15 minutes or less.

Supplemental Pay:

• Optional performance-based bonus opportunities available.

License/Certification:

• Licensed and in good standing with the local State Bar.
• Licensed in multiple states (Preferred).
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses if not already licensed in multiple states.

Work Location:

• Fully REMOTE but must reside within the United States.

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per month
