Attorney at Law

Our firm is seeking an attorney to join our growing firm. Caseload will include a variety of immigration cases and criminal case representation. Attorney duties will include representing clients in immigration proceedings, conducting interviews, preparing applications and legal pleadings, managing caseloads, and performing other related tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-player, and a strong writer. Trial experience required, but not necessarily in the field of immigration. Applicants MUST be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.

Required and preferred skills:

• Admittance to the state bar required
• 3+ years’ experience
• Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to meet personally with all clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
