We are partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location personal injury law firm in Charlotte, NC, seeking a Spanish-English Bilingual Attorney to join their expanding legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Draft and review demand packages, negotiation documents, and settlement agreements.
• Handle lien resolution, subrogation claims, and disbursements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals and support staff.
• Participate in business development and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum 1 year of personal injury law experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent client communication.
• Court appearances and local travel may be required.
