Attorney (CA Licensed) – Transaction Document Drafting (Remote)

Williams Group is seeking a California-licensed attorney to support our optometry practice transitions team. This role focuses on drafting standard business transaction documents. Prior M&A or optometry experience is not required — we provide context, templates, and deal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft letters of intent
• Draft asset and stock purchase agreements
• Draft employment agreements
• Draft buy-sell agreements (partner buy-in/fractional ownership)
• Draft operating agreements
• Draft shareholder agreements
• Draft non-compete, non-solicit, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs)

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Skilled in drafting business/legal documents with a practical, business-minded writing style
• Comfortable working from templates and redlines
• Responsive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
