We are looking for an attorney who wants to focus on litigation. From gathering the evidence to arguing motions, you want your client's position to be seen! Most of our business litigation surrounds contracts and/or covenants. We handle a wide range of business disputes and real estate disputes, typically surrounding a contract for product or work, or real estate covenant disputes. Aspects of this position are:
- Manage all phases of litigation cases from initial filing through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions, contracts, and other litigation-related correspondence.
- Advise clients on legal rights and options across various business types. (Our clients include restaurants, service companies, construction, professional firms, and more.)
- Develop case strategies by analyzing facts and evidence; interview witnesses; gather documentation; and prepare for trial or alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring specialized knowledge.
- Maintain meticulous records of case activities and correspondence within the law office management system.
- Direct paralegals in helping to prepare cases.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
