About the Role:

• Handle misdemeanor and felony cases statewide

• Work with a firm that offers flat-fee representation and flexible payment plans for clients

• Collaborate with a team that values innovation, affordability, and accessibility in legal services

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in Arizona

2+ years of criminal defense experience (solo practice or firm experience)

Strong written & oral advocacy skills

Exceptional client service and a collaborative mindset

Comfortable using cloud-based legal tech & practice management software

Willing to travel as needed

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 (DOE) + potential raises after one year
