Attorney — Document Review (Securities Litigation)

Nationwide securities litigation boutique firm with offices in metropolitan Philadelphia and Cleveland is looking for a full-time document review attorney for a project expected to last six months to a year and possibly longer.

This full-time, hourly position involves conducting comprehensive document review for complex securities litigation matters, analyzing and coding documents using established protocols, participating in calls via Zoom, and collaborating with legal teams to ensure review accuracy and meet production deadlines.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of document review experience and proficiency with e-discovery platforms, including Relativity. Additional requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with securities litigation or financial services matters is a plus but not required.
