Attorney (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Law)

Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C. seeks to add a full time Senior Attorney to our expanding Missouri office. The firm represents creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy and real estate related matters and is part of the Codilis family of firms.

We will consider applicants with a minimum of five years experience representing mortgage lenders/creditors in the state of Missouri or its equivalent. The successful candidate must be a licensed member of the Missouri Bar. Candidates with prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in creditor rights, real estate or related field
• Licensed member of the Missouri Bar and both Missouri District Courts
• Illinois licensing is a plus
• Excellent communications, research, writing and analytical skills
