Attorney (Georgia and/or South Carolina) - First Party Property

Job Summary

We are seeking an attorney that is licensed in Georgia and/or South Carolina. This is a civil litigation role. The practice area of the firm is First Party Property. We represent homeowners in property insurance disputes with their insurance companies. Litigation involves breach of contract actions. An attorney with First Party experience is preferred, but not required. Payment structure consists of a base salary + commissions for resolved cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
