Hartford LTD – Need Attorney to Review and Sign Professional Declaration Letter

I am looking for an attorney with experience in Hartford long-term disability (LTD) insurance claims who can assist with preparing and signing a professional declaration letter. The letter would explain the insurance and clinical context of a typical LTD claim, including Hartford’s role in approving benefits.

This is not about reopening or appealing the LTD claim. Instead, it is to clarify the record for an employment defense.
