Responsibilities: The core responsibilities of the position include:

• Providing legal advice to clients.
• Associates should expect to litigate in courthouses 2-5 times a week.
• Upon returning from the courthouse, associates should expect to create notices to defendants, communicate matters with clients, and produce documents for closings.
• Associates will report to the Managing Partner with questions, concerns, and other matters to create an efficient workflow.
• This position will require driving to court at times and then working from home for the remainder of the day. The remainder of the days are fully remote work.

Qualifications:

• 1. Licensed to practice law in CT
• 2. In good standing with the CT Bar Committee
• 3. No experience in property law required (experience is appreciated)
• 4. Technologically proficient
• Associates should also have good communication skills, are able to problem solve quickly and embrace a team atmosphere.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary, $75,000.00 with opportunities for bonuses depending on performance.

Benefits include: PTO, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance PPO Gold Plan, 401k retirement plan, and fully remote work schedule, aside from court appearances. After required training, typically 1-3 months, the position is full-time work from home.
