About the Job:
A full-time position is available for an experienced New York-admitted attorney focusing on insurance coverage analysis and litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motion practice. No-fault arbitration and litigation experience is a plus. Attorneys with general litigation backgrounds who are eager to learn insurance coverage law will also be considered.

This role offers flexibility, with the ability to work remotely while maintaining access to office space as needed. Occasional in-person appearances in court or at depositions may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance coverage analysis and related litigation.
• Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and manage discovery.
• Engage in motion practice and case strategy.
• Represent clients in no-fault arbitration and litigation matters (preferred but not required).
• Collaborate with team members while managing cases independently.

Qualifications:

• License to practice law in New York (required).
• Experience in litigation, with insurance coverage knowledge preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
