Attorney - Legal Research and Writing

Attorney to conduct legal research and draft memos, motions and briefs. Work remotely from your location. Seeking candidates who are well organized, independent and able to meet deadlines without being micro-managed. This is an independent-contractor, hourly pay position. Our goal is to identify appropriate contractors for full-time, salaried employment with benefits.

Essential skills include: correctly isolating the client's issues, conducting in-depth research and analysis, applying findings to client's fact pattern, and relaying results through strong, clear and concise writing. Must have experience researching and analyzing case law and statutes.

Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school is required. Must sign a contractor agreement. For consideration, please submit a cover letter and resume.
