Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Our fast-paced and growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an attorney who is ready to hit the ground running while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

The Ideal Candidate
You have at least five years of civil litigation experience, a strong track record of advocating for clients, and a genuine interest in insurance and personal injury law. You thrive in a demanding environment, enjoy managing high-volume cases, and are eager to grow within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases from initial complaint through resolution
• Negotiate personal injury settlements
• Draft pleadings and motions, including summary judgment motions
• Propound and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and trials
• Perform legal research and analysis
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare cases thoroughly for trial

Qualifications

• 5+ years civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasive advocacy abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team
