About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Attorney who’s ready to dive into litigation and business law. You’ll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced attorneys, and gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and make a meaningful impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with litigation and business law matters from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations
• Support business clients with compliance, contracts, and legal strategy
• Help with entity formation, governance, and transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Active California law license
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• No prior experience required—just a passion for law and a drive to grow
