Duties

Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as family law, landlord-tenant law, workers' compensation law, and securities law.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.
Represent clients in litigation proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the process.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, particularly in tribal law and regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of legal services provided by the firm.
Maintain organized records of case files and client communications.
Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as family law, ADA law, landlord law, Bankruptcy law, etc.
Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association and active license to practice law.
Proven experience in various areas of law including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, personal injury law, and litigation preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.
Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in a legal administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment that values collaboration and excellence in legal practice.

Familiarity with state and federal court filing systems, such as CM/ECF

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,643.81 - $109,162.44 per year
