Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Independent Contractor Attorney to support our firm on an as-needed basis. This role offers full flexibility — you choose the number and type of cases you wish to take on.

Practice Areas May Include

• Civil Litigation
• Contract Law
• Family Law
• Personal Injury
• Criminal Defense
• Employment Law
• General Civil Practice

(Experience in one or more areas is preferred but not required for all assignments.)

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, or trials as needed
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Manage assigned matters independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License (required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor

Compensation

• Independent Contractor / 1099 structure
• Compensation varies based on experience and case type
