Attorney / Paralegal (Title Insurance) — In-Office

A leading real estate and title services firm is seeking an experienced Attorney or Senior Paralegal with strong title insurance expertise to join its Florida team. The role is in-office at either the Tampa or Orlando location and offers a dynamic, client-facing environment supporting a wide range of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and clear complex residential and commercial title issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate title insurance policies, commitments, endorsements, and closing documents.
• Manage the closing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with lenders, agents, clients, and underwriters to resolve curative matters.
• Maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and support multiple concurrent transactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Paralegal Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in title insurance or real estate law.
• Proficiency in title software and Florida title standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in either Tampa or Orlando.

Compensation:

• $125,000 annual salary plus comprehensive benefits.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
