Attorney - Partner or Associate Level

Attorney – Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in the Des Moines Metro.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000+ per year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday daytime hours. Plus enjoy a generous benefits package.

Some of your responsibilities as Estate Planning Attorney include:

• Advising and representing clients
• Drafting, reviewing and revising estate planning documents
• Establishing and administering trusts
• Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants and insurance professionals
• Staying current on legal developments impacting estate planning
• Maintaining accurate client records

To qualify, you must have:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Bachelor’s degree in pre-law, political science, business ore related
• Active bar membership in Iowa
• CTEP a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
