Location: Richardson, TX (onsite with flexibility)

Fielding Law, PLLC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients and delivering results with compassion, integrity, and excellence. With more than $120 million in settlements and 4,300+ cases handled, we are expanding our litigation and pre-litigation teams and seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
• Oversee support staff, ensuring timely and high-quality case progress.
• Advocate for clients with professionalism, strategy, and persistence.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• 1–5 years of personal injury experience preferred (pre-litigation and/or litigation).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
• Driven, client-focused, and committed to excellence.
