Attorney - Personal Injury

Burg Simpson is seeking an Attorney for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Personal Injury team.

Attorneys with 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation case management are encouraged to apply. The candidate should have high level analytical and legal research and writing skills and a passion for advocating for injured parties due to the wrongful acts of another. This position will work closely with clients, and collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with others and collaborating on personal injury matters to achieve the best outcome on behalf of Burg Simpson’s clients. A license to practice law is mandatory and a license to practice in Colorado is preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $105,000 - $120,000, Salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience and includes an opportunity for year-end bonus and firm contribution to 401k.

This is a full-time, in-person, and permanent position.
