I’m partnering with a fast-growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm that’s seeking a New York–based attorney for a litigation role with flexible work arrangements — fully remote, on-site, or a hybrid schedule based on your preference.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlements
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on strategy and case valuation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel
• Play a key role in growing the firm’s New York presence

Ideal Background

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Comfortable with a hands-on litigation role with meaningful responsibility
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-relations skills
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable in a remote or flexible environment
