An established firm in the Argyle, TX is seeking a Probate Attorney with experience in probate law to join its growing team. This role is focused on probate, guardianship, and related estate matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle probate, guardianship, and related estate matters across Texas
  • Draft and review probate filings, guardianship pleadings, and related documents
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances statewide
  • Work closely with assigned paralegals to manage case flow efficiently
  • Provide thoughtful counsel and advocacy to clients during sensitive times
  • Stay current on Texas probate and guardianship law

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
  • 1–5+ years of direct probate/guardianship experience required
  • Strong courtroom, drafting, and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Organized, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus collections (unlimited earning potential)
  • Typical earnings reach $130k/year; top earners exceed $200k/year
