Attorney - Social Security Disability (Part-Time)

Candidate must be admitted to a State Bar.

Candidate must have experience in any of the following: Medical record review, Legal aid services, Medical field (i.e. nurse)

Social Security Disability (SSDI) & Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is all we do. Associate Attorney responsibilities:

• Case evaluation
• Case development
• Review and analyze medical records
• Draft legal documents, including pre-hearing briefs
• Maintain contact with our diverse client base, providing guidance and support
• Prepare and represent clients at Administrative Law Judge hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
