We are a consumer advocacy company assisting timeshare owners with voluntary exits, deed-back processes, and contract resolutions. We are seeking an experienced attorney with direct timeshare exit experience to support our in-house case management team on a limited-scope, escalation-only basis.
This is not a full litigation role and not a volume-based fulfillment partnership. Our internal case managers handle day-to-day files, documentation, and client communication. This attorney role exists to provide legal oversight, escalation support, and strategic guidance when cases reach roadblocks.
The ideal candidate understands how timeshare developers operate, has worked directly with exit cases before, and knows when legal involvement helps — and when it does not.
This role is best suited for an attorney who:
- Has already worked inside or alongside a timeshare exit operation
- Understands voluntary surrender programs, internal exit lanes, and regulatory escalation
- Is comfortable operating behind the scenes rather than being client-facing on every file
This is a long-term role with growth potential, not a short-term consulting gig.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review complex or stalled timeshare exit cases and advise on next steps
- Assist with escalation strategy (AG, CFPB, BBB, internal developer processes)
- Draft or review escalation letters when legal framing is appropriate
- Advise on compliance, risk mitigation, and consumer advocacy best practices
- Support internal case managers with strategy, not volume workload
- Participate in refining internal exit workflows and standards
What This Role Is NOT
- Not mass litigation
- Not cold client intake or sales
- Not a fulfillment-per-file compensation model
- Not representing clients directly in court
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S. state considered)
- Direct experience with timeshare exit/cancellation cases required
- Familiarity with major developers (Wyndham, Hilton/Diamond, Westgate, Bluegreen, etc.)
- Comfortable with limited-scope, escalation-only involvement
- Strong understanding of consumer protection and contract disputes
Compensation
- Retainer-based or hourly (limited scope)
- Flexible structure depending on experience and availability
- No commission, no per-file split
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Have you personally worked on timeshare exit or cancellation cases before?
- Have you supported or advised a timeshare exit company or consumer advocacy firm in the past?
- Are you comfortable serving in a limited-scope, escalation-only role rather than handling every file directly?
- Have you worked with or against major timeshare developers (Wyndham, Hilton/Diamond, Westgate, Bluegreen, etc.)?
- Are you currently free of any conflicts that would prevent you from advising on timeshare exit matters?
