Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our team at Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law. This position will be instrumental in providing high-quality legal representation to our clients across Texas. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in various legal fields to navigate complex legal challenges and advocate for our clients' best interests.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including administrative court appearances and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Communicate professionally with adjusters, insurance carriers, and state officials.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
• Litigate cases effectively while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and research methodologies.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and research methodologies.
• Ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service.
• Ability to work in office onsite Monday- Friday
• Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
