Position: Pre-Litigation & Litigation Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA

Full-time, On-site

• Experience: 2+ years handling personal injury cases (pre-litigation and litigation)
• Responsibilities: Manage cases from intake to resolution; conduct client meetings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials; draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
• Requirements: Active Georgia Bar license; strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Skills: Ability to independently manage a caseload while providing clear communication and effective client advocacy

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.62 - $210,000.88 per year
