Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized ATV Tour Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ATV tours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about outdoor adventures, customer service, and team management. As an ATV Tour Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of ATV tours, including managing staff, ensuring a seamless guest experience, overseeing safety protocols, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tour Operations Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all ATV tours. Ensure tours run smoothly, on time, and that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of tour guides, check-in staff, and support personnel. Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages of the tour process, from booking to post-tour feedback. Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high standard of satisfaction.
  • Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor safety protocols for both staff and guests, including proper equipment use, adherence to safety guidelines, and ensuring that all participants are properly briefed before starting their tour.
  • Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage the schedules for tour guides, check-in attendants, and other team members. Ensure sufficient staff coverage for peak hours, holidays, and busy periods.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inventory of ATV equipment, gear, and safety items. Ensure equipment is in top condition and ready for daily use.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage tour bookings, reservations, and related documentation, as needed. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, guest feedback, and operational reports.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Assist in managing the budget for the ATV tour operations, including overseeing tour revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outdoor adventure tourism or a related industry, preferably with ATV tours or recreational vehicle operations (preffered).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in outdoor activities, specifically ATV riding.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
