We are seeking an
Audience Insights Manager
to help us deeply understand our customers, their behaviors, and preferences. You will transform research, data, and analytics into actionable insights that guide marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign targeting.
What You’ll Do

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience trends, preferences, and pain points.

Analyze customer data from surveys, CRM systems, web analytics, social media, and market research studies.

Develop audience segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization.

Present actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams to inform strategy.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns and messaging resonate with target audiences.

Monitor shifts in audience behavior and industry trends to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.

Support campaign measurement and reporting by integrating audience insights into performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in market research, audience insights, or customer analytics.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.

Excellent analytical and communication skills to present complex insights clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
