Job Description

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Audio Quality Analyst with excellent command over English pronunciation, grammar, tone, and natural accent flow. The ideal candidate should also have a basic understanding of Hindi. Your core responsibility will be to review, evaluate, and refine English audio used in academic eLearning content, ensuring it sounds natural, contextually correct, and suitable for an Indian audience.

This role is critical in maintaining the quality and authenticity of all English voiceovers used in our learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review English voiceovers for clarity, tone, and pronunciation accuracy
• Identify and flag issues such as:
• – Mispronunciation or incorrect stress– Non-Indian accent deviations– Robotic or unnatural modulation– Grammar, pause, and pacing inconsistencies
• Verify that the spoken audio matches the script word-for-word
• Suggest edits or improvements to enhance natural flow and engagement
• Collaborate with content and technical teams for corrections, re-recordings, or fine-tuning
• Review Hindi words or bilingual references within English audio to ensure correct usage and pronunciationRequired Skills & Qualifications
• Strong command of English (listening, pronunciation, grammar)
• Ability to identify accent differences, especially between Indian and US/UK accents
• Basic understanding of Hindi
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong ear for tone, rhythm, and modulation
• Experience in audio QA, voice-over reviewing, linguistics, or eLearning content QA is preferred
• Ability to work independently with scripts, transcriptions, and basic audio tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Knowledge of phonetics, accent training, or voice modulation techniques
