As a Sales and Business Development Executive for izi.TRAVEL Story Telling Platform, you will be solely responsible to on-board Tour partners from all over the world, who wants to sell izi.TRAVEL Audio Tour Guides.
You will do rigorous research to identify online travel agencies, Travel Agents, partners who are eager to sell izi.TRAVEL Audio Tour Guides for a handsome commission along with Flight tickets and hotel.
With izi.TRAVEL, Travel agencies, OTA, DMC's do not need to arrange Human Tour Guides as it is a lot of hassle. Instead, simply add GPS assisted Audio Tour guides that allows visitor the flexibility and convenience to visit the city attractions and monuments any time they wish and stay as long in each point without rush.
You can work from anywhere in the world and we accept remote work in any market that you choose. It would be ideal if you are in Europe or Russia, as most izi.TRAVEL users are from this market.
If you are based in the UAE, you are welcome to work from our office in Sharjah.
You will build and nurture client relationships and help them onboard as partner. You will work closely with the management to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives. Your remuneration will have a basic salary plus commission on onboarded partners with a minimum sales volume.
You will carry out the following:
- Research and identify new partners: Affiliate Partner who will simply use izi widget in their website and direct their users to izi website and get a commission, if the customer makes a purchase
- Tour Guide Sales Partners : Find online travel business partners who want to use izi Tour widgets or API's to sell Audio Tour guides from their own website or app.
- Talk to Museums and art galleries and Government Tourism departments who are interested to produce and sell their own tours
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and through internet and professional directory research
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions including tour production in desired languages
- Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective partners.
- Carry our Digital marketing to target prospective partners
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Submit weekly reports on sales and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel / Business Administration or similar
- 2+ years of experience in selling travel related products, preferably activity sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- UAE Driving License if opted to work in the office
- English plus a European language or Russian Languages is preferred.
