WisEngineering is currently evaluating candidates for an anticipated contract award supporting the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). Audio Visual Specialist
GSA LCAT Equivalent: PC Support Specialist
Location: Fort Sill, OK
Role Summary: Provides daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed FCoE classroom audiovisual equipment, including hardware, software, and TEAMS video conferencing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly preventative maintenance (cleaning projectors, changing filters/lamps).
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve classroom equipment issues within 4 hours.
Maintain proper accountability of repair parts and equipment shelf stock.
Coordinate with customers for AV setup at ceremonies, presentations, and conferences.
Manage the audiovisual loaner program and provide user training on system operations.
Mandatory Qualifications:Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
Security: Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's with 3 years of related experience).
Experience: 3 years of technically related field experience in providing audio visual support.
Certification: Must possess InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology (CTS preferred).
Training: Basic Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training required within 120 days of award.
Physical: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and climb/work at heights of 20 feet.
