Audio Visual Systems Support Engineer

Intellectra is scouting for their next Audio Visual Systems Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is focused on the systems design & engineering, and technical support of Audio Visual (AV) and Communications Networking (Collaboration) Systems in smart workspaces and immersive environments.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and technically proficient in designing and implementing advanced ICT systems, developing detailed system architectures, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and providing service support for deployed solutions including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system faults to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer innovative AV, VC and communications networking solutions.
• Develop complete system architecture, signal flow diagrams, schematics, and BOQs.
• Provide end-to-end service support, including on-site and remote fault diagnosis, rectification, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and installation teams to ensure successful delivery and commissioning.
• Document technical processes, maintain accurate records, and support training initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with solutions from Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Audio-Technica, Panasonic, Cisco, and other leading AV/IT vendors
• Holding vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Crestron DMC-E, Extron AV Associate, Biamp TesiraForte, Cisco CCNA/Collaboration, etc.).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in live environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a client-focused approach.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
