The Pearl International Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Audiology Technologist / Technician to join our ENT team. The selected candidate will perform a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology procedures to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, balance, speech audiometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing
• Assist ENT specialists in diagnosing hearing and balance disorders
• Maintain and calibrate audiological testing equipment and ensure accurate record keeping
• Support hearing aid selection, fitting, and patient counseling when required
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings clearly to physicians
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality are maintained in all procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Audiology Technology or Hearing Sciences from a recognized institution
• Valid or eligible QCHP license as Audiology Technologist or Technician
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an audiology or ENT setting
• Strong technical knowledge of audiological equipment and testing protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospital or specialized ENT clinic in Qatar
• Familiarity with pediatric audiology and hearing aid programming software
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is an advantage
