Audio/Sound Specialist

We are looking for a versatile Audio Specialist to manage all sound-related elements for our video content. This role is a blend of technical audio engineering and creative storytelling. You will be responsible for bringing our scripts to life using voiceovers, music selection, and immersive sound design.

Core Responsibilities

• Audio Production: Lead the end-to-end audio process for video projects, including voiceover, music, and sound effects.
• Narrative Generation: Convert written scripts into high-quality audio narration. This includes selecting and fine-tuning AI-generated voices to ensure they sound natural, authoritative, and well-paced.
• Soundscapes & SFX: Source, edit, and layer sound effects (SFX) that align with the visual content and the core "idea" of each video.
• Music Integration: Curate and synchronize background tracks to enhance the pacing and energy of the visual edit.
• Post-Production Mixing: Perform final audio leveling, EQ, and mastering to ensure consistent sound quality across various platforms (YouTube, Social Media, etc.).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sound design or audio engineering for digital media/video.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to mix music and effects effectively.
• An understanding of audio formats, bitrates, and loudness standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
