Audio/Video Editor (Motion Graphics + High-Impact Content Edits)

Location: Onsite – Value Tower Ghalib Market Gulberg 3, Lahore (No Remote Option)

Type: Full-time (Evening Night Shift 6 pm to 4 am) Monday to Saturday

Salary: 50,000 to 75,000 (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Audio/Video Editor with expertise in motion graphics and After Effects, capable of producing catchy, scroll-stopping edits similar to top creators like Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, Iman Gadzhi, and Dan Koe.

If you're experienced in turning raw footage into polished, high-performing content with dynamic visuals, storytelling, and sharp pacing, you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form and long-form content (podcasts, reels, shorts) with fast-paced, modern storytelling.
Use motion graphics, subtitles, and dynamic transitions to boost viewer engagement.
Style content in line with viral formats seen on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
Contribute to script/storyboard development and apply content writing when needed.
Incorporate AI tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc., into your workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience with a solid portfolio (reels/shorts + motion graphics).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
A sharp eye for visual trends, pacing, and viral formats.
Must be able to work onsite at our Lahore office (Gulberg area).
