Audit Analytics Consultant

Key Requirements

• Location: Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) .
• Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with local teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Audit Data Strategy and Execution

• Design, develop, and implement data-driven audit tests and continuous auditing solutions using analytics tools.
• Work closely with audit teams to identify areas where data analytics can provide deeper insights, improve risk coverage, and increase efficiency.
• Identify, extract, and transform data from various complex systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, various cloud platforms) to prepare it for analysis.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data used for all analytics procedures.

2. Tool Expertise and Development

• Alteryx: Utilize Alteryx for advanced data blending, transformation, and workflow automation to support complex audit procedures.
• Data Visualization: Develop compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI) and Tableau to present audit findings, trends, and risk indicators to stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption and proficiency of analytics tools across the audit function through training and knowledge sharing.

3. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

• Clearly articulate the methodology, results, and implications of data analytics procedures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (including senior management and audit committees) in both Arabic and English .
• Draft detailed analytical reports summarizing findings, providing recommendations, and measuring the impact of implemented solutions.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in audit technology, data science, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology by integrating analytics best practices.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive professional experience in Audit (Internal or External), Risk Advisory, or Data Analytics Consulting.
• Experience in a 'Big Four' or large consulting environment is a plus.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
• Strong experience designing and building interactive dashboards with Power BI (PBI) and/or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL .
• Familiarity with data structures and data extraction from common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Soft Skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
