  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements for SMEs and startups.
  • Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and other audit procedures.
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Document and evaluate internal controls, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare working papers and audit documentation in line with firm standards.
  • Liaise with clients to gather information, clarify queries, and resolve audit issues.
  • Support senior team members and partners in finalizing reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an audit firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Semi-qualified CA or ACCA candidates (partly completed professional qualification) are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (IFRS exposure preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with audit software is a plus.
