Audit Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Position: Audit Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary Range: Up to AED 10,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 5 years (mandatory previous audit firm experience)

Nationality Preference: Open to Egyptian and Arabic-speaking candidates

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize statutory and internal audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

• Review financial statements prepared under IFRS and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

• Supervise and guide junior auditors in fieldwork and documentation.

• Identify accounting and auditing issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Liaise directly with clients to understand business operations and provide tailored audit insights.

• Ensure timely completion of engagements and adherence to firm quality standards.

• Prepare audit reports and management letters highlighting control weaknesses and recommendations.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and support business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional qualification or part qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an external audit firm (mandatory) – can negotiate on experience for the right candidates.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit procedures.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining or short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
