About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager / Senior Auditor to join our growing audit practice. This role is ideal for a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced professional environment and is confident leading audit engagements from planning through completion. You will manage a team of auditors, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members to ensure high performance. Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance. Maintain strong client communication and provide value-added insights. Drive continuous improvement in audit processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an audit firm. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA or CA qualification Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements. Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
